1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products caused by misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
